I attend numerous Zoom meetings with some meaningful aspects and each person attending may take certain info away with them though isn’t there a potential that’s typically not leveraged? I accidentally ran across this video from a few years ago and realized it seemed as relevant today as when I created it.
A few additional thoughts from reviewing the video…
The video and chat from the video are posted somewhere accessible by the group.
The person responsible for a topic mines the video and the chat for relevant content to be synthesized into the topic on the map. And it’s nice that YouTube creates a transcript of the video when posted.
Between meetings, participants can post thoughts and references to relevant discussion threads which will also be periodically mined to the topic map by the topic owner.
